Start the game, click the “Settings” button.

A new section called “Mod” should appear (rightmost button). 

Open it for each mod file you installed, your Mod folder, by default they are set to “No”.

Switch “No” to “Yes” to activate by pressing the arrows or using pull down.

Close the Settings dialog box (press (x) on the dialog) and each selected mod will be activated.
