Please make sure that all blocking tools (eg antivirus software, firewall, proxy, vpn, internet enhancers, etc) are deactivated on your PC and your network and try again.
If the problem persists, please explain in detail your steps, what do you do, what happens, what exact error message is shown, etc. and please do the following so we can help you in the best possible way:
- log into your thriXXX Launcher
- click on the ‘Report’ button on the bottom left of the thriXXX Launcher window
- choose the correct game/website you are having problems with
- fill in your Operation System
- Details: here you write a detailed explanation of the occurred problem
- Upload a screenshot of the occurred problem
This way the correct log files and reports, which the programmers and game
developers need to fix the problem, will be sent automatically.
If you can’t access the report button please attach the following log files
manually to this email as our programmers will need them to analyze the
occurring problem:

To access the folders press „Windows + r“ and past the path e.g. %APPDATA%\thriXXX\Launcher\Log) in.
